Thank you for visiting and shopping with Abbey Junction. 
At this stage, we currently only ship within Australia.

Shipping Policy

To ensure fast shipping, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible, either via Australia Post or a courier of our choice, once payment has been received and cleared. During peak times such as Christmas, this may be up to 72 hours of receiving cleared funds.

As we carry most of the products listed on our website (unless otherwise indicated) therefore in most circumstances, there is no waiting period for items to arrive. The choice of courier will be at our discretion and will depend on several factors including the location of the shipping address, size of the parcel and the items included in your order.

Estimated delivery times will vary according to the shipping location, however, should be within 2-7 working days for most locations within Australia (deliveries to WA, NT and regional areas may take longer). For more information regarding shipping, delivery times or other related matters, please contact our sales staff. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (National or Victorian).

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. 

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Abbey Junction is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. 

Purchase Price 
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you. 
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered products to you. 

Tracking Orders

Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via the Australia Post website. 

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for purchases over $200. Details will be provided once you have placed your order.

For purchases under $200 within Australia:

We have a flat rate charge of $9.95 for standard post and $12.95 for express post.

You will receive tracking information along with your order confirmation via email, once your parcel has been packed and shipped.
